Fall portion of 2009-10 season is complete.

• There are 14 teams in the 2009-10 season:

  8. Seniors (SNR) 9. Parkland (PKL) 10. Cementeros United (CMU) 11. LV Kickers (KCK) 12. Stroudsburg United SC (SUS) 13. Olipmia (OLM) 14. Bachi Soccer Club (BSC)

  
  
• There are two new teams this year: Bachi Soccer and Olimpia. Island United is no longer in the league.
• There are two name changes as well. Kenbro are now Stroudsburg United Soccer Club and
  MRK Hostwindow are independenceIT.
• The Season is divided in two halves. Every team will play all other teams once. During the Fall half nine games will be played and the remaining 4 games will resume in the Spring of 2010 followed by two play-off games to determine the champion.
