Teams are grouped into four groups of 4 as shown above. There will be two play-off games within each group. The first play-off week will match the group leader against the forth team in the group and the two middle teams against each other.

Note: If any playoff game ends in a tie at the end of regulation time two 15 minute periods will be added to decide the winner. Penalty kicks will determine the winner in case of a tie at the end of overtime. FIFA rules will apply to the overtime and penalty kicks.

The second play-off round will match the winners of the first round for the group title and the loosers for the group's third place.

Of course the winner in Group "A" will also be the League champions for 2006-07 season.
